Volunteering can play a meaningful role in supporting positive mental health. Giving time to help others often brings a sense of purpose, connection, and fulfilment. It can strengthen community bonds, build confidence, and offer a gentle reminder that each of us has something valuable to contribute.
At Manna House Counselling Service, we deeply appreciate the impact volunteers can have in creating a compassionate and supportive environment. Although we do not have any volunteering opportunities available at this time, we are continually reviewing our capacity and the needs of our service.
