Wellbeing Courses


Part of our mission is:

To provide wellbeing courses to everyone both in-person and on-line as part of the Wellbeing Education Network (WEN).

Wellbeing courses aim to help you better understand the mental health problems you are facing, learn new coping methods and have the chance to talk about your mental health in a safe and supportive environment. We offer 7 courses  including depression, peer support groups, anxiety, anger management, stress and emotional resilience, self-awareness, food and mood.


We also run courses based on Action for Happiness as well as bespoke group based activities and training opportunities - such as Mindfulness (MBSR) courses.


These are all designed to help improve independence, confidence, employability and wellbeing.
